Depok – Klapetart makanan asli Manado, Sulawesi Utara yang terbuat dari buah Kelapa dan Susu. Di sini saya membagikan cara mebuat dari awal sampai jadi

Ada beberapa macam cara memasak klapertart, yaitu: dipanggang seperti roti dan tidak dipanggang. Kalo dipanggang bakal menghasilkan bentuk padat yang bisa dipotong seperti kue tart. Dan tidak dipanggang, bakal menghasilkan tekstur yang lembut. 

Bahan-bahan

Kelapa muda dari 2 butir/pcs

Air Kelapa 500 ML

Susu cair UHT plain 500 ML

Gula Pasir 100 Gram (secukupnya)

Telur Ayam 4 pcs (putih dan kuningnya dipisah)

Maizena 120 Gram

Garam secukupnya

Vanilla Extract 1 sendok teh

Butter 4 sendok makan

Rhum non Alkohol (selera)

Topping Kismis, Kayu Manis bubuk dan Kenari secukupnya.

Cara memasak:

Masak Air kelapa, susu UHT, Maizena, gula, Kuning Telur, Garam, Vanilla extract 3/4 sendok teh, aduk terus menerus hingga tercampur, mengental dan matang. Kecil kan api, masukan Kelapa dan Butter sambil diaduk. Setelah rata matikan api, diamkan beberapa saat. Setelah hangat masukan Rhum.

Kocok Putih telur campur vanilla extract 1/4 sendok teh dan gula sampai mengental.

Masukan adonan ke loyang (cetakan), bagian atas disiram putih telur sampai rata. Lalu taburi Kismis, Kacang Kenari dan Kayu Manis bubuk sebagai topping. Panggang selama 10 – 15 menit. Setelah matang masukan ke dalam lemari es. Setelah dingin, klapetart siap disantap.

Kue klapetart lebih enak kalau dimakan dalam keadaan dingin.
