Presiden Joko Widodo minta para Kabinet Indonesia Maju dan Gubernur di seluruh Indonesia mengawal dan mengawasi anggaran pengalokasian penanganan Covid-19, sebesar Rp 677.2 triliun.
Jakarta – Wakil Presiden (Wapres) K.H. Maruf Amin menghadiri Rapat Koordinasi Nasional (Rakornas) Pengawasan Pemerintah Tahun 2020 melalui video conference di Kediaman Resmi Wapres, Jalan Diponegoro Nomor 2, Jakarta Pusat, Senin (15/06/2020).
Acara bertema Kolaborasi dan Sinergi Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah (APIP), Pemeriksa Eksternal, dan Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) dalam Rangka Pengawasan Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) dan Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional ini dibuka dengan arahan dari Presiden Joko Widodo dan dilanjutkan dengan dua sesi diskusi. Adapun tema yang diangkat pada sesi pertama adalah Kebijakan Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 dan Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional. Tema sesi kedua adalah Pengawasan atas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 dan Pelaksanaan Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional.
Presiden Joko Widodo menyampaikan bahwa pemerintah telah melakukan upaya yang cepat dan tepat di bidang kesehatan, sosial ekonomi dan sektor informal seperti Usaha Menengah Kecil dan Menengah. Upaya tersebut salah satunya dengan mengalokasikan anggaran untuk percepatan penanganan Covid-19 dan pemulihan ekonomi nasional. Ia pun mengimbau agar semua pihak dapat melaksanakan tugas dan menjaga akuntabilitas dengan baik.
“Angka ini Rp 677.2 triliun adalah jumlah yang sangat besar. Oleh sebab itu tata kelolanya harus baik, sasarannya harus tepat, prosedurnya harus sederhana dan tidak berbelit-belit, output dan outcomenya harus maksimal bagi kehidupan seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Saya mengajak saudara-saudara sekalian untuk mengawal dan mengawasi dengan baik agar dana yang sangat besar itu dapat membantu masyarakat dan para pelaku usaha yang sedang mengalami kesulitan,” kata Jokowi.
“Aspek pencegahan harus lebih dikedepankan. Kita semuanya harus lebih proaktif, jangan menunggu terjadinya masalah. Kalau ada potensi masalah, segera ingatkan jangan sampai pejabat dan aparat pemerintah dibiarkan terperosok. Bangun sistem peringatan dini, early warning system. Perkuat tata kelola yang baik, yang transparan, yang akuntabel,” ujar Jokowi.
Acara diikuti oleh para menteri Kabinet Indonesia Maju dan para gubernur dari seluruh Indonesia.
