Kementerian BUMN melakukan pengembangan UMKM dengan membentuk ekosistem Pasar Digital UMKM.

dalam Pengembangan UMKM
Jakarta – Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor
yang cukup memegang peranan penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Dari 64,2 juta UMKM yang ada, tercatat kontribusi UMKM terhadap PDB Indonesia > 60%.
Menurut Kementerian Koperasi & UKM, baru sekitar 8 juta UMKM yang sudah go online meskipun memang sudah terdapat peningkatan cukup signifikan dibanding tahun sebelumnya.
BUMN yang memiliki peran sebagai agent of development, terus berupaya mendukung pengembangan UMKM melalui berbagai inisiatif maupun sinergi dengan instansi atau lembaga lainnya. Berdasar hasil inventarisir belanja BUMN baik belanja modal maupun operasional (Capex dan Opex), tahun 2019 tercatat Rp 32,5 triliun belanja pada sektor UMKM yang dilakukan Top 30 BUMN berdasar total aset.
Kementerian BUMN menilai jumlah belanja BUMN pada UMKM masih bisa dioptimalkan. Oleh karenanya disusunlah suatu inisiatif pengembangan UMKM yaitu membentuk suatu ekosistem Pasar Digital UMKM yang diberi nama PaDi UMKM.
PaDi UMKM merupakan sebuah platform digital yang mempertemukan UMKM dengan BUMN guna mengoptimalkan, mempercepat dan mendorong efisiensi transaksi belanja
BUMN pada UMKM, serta memperluas dan mempermudah UMKM mendapatkan akses
pembiayaan. Di samping itu bagi Kementerian BUMN, platform tersebut akan membantu monitoring belanja BUMN pada UMKM.
Melalui platform PaDi UMKM, BUMN dapat melakukan belanja secara digital sehingga lebih cepat, transparan, dan meningkatkan efisiensi. Dengan masuknya UMKM dalam ekosistem PaDi UMKM, tentunya dapat memperluas jaringan secara online, meningkatnya
penjualan atas peningkatan transaksi, serta menjadi suatu experience dalam memasuki dunia transaksi digital. Selain itu, UMKM juga akan mendapatkan kemudahan akses pembiayaan dari BUMN yang artinya juga membawa dampak pada peningkatan penyaluran kredit bagi BUMN penyalur pembiayaan.
Pada kesempatan yang baik ini, telah dilakukan kick off PaDi UMKM yang dipimpin langsung Menteri BUMN Erick Thohir, sekaligus dilakukan penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman (MoU) dari 9 (sembilan) BUMN yang terlibat dalam pengembangan PaDi UMKM. Yaitu: Telkom, Pertamina, Pupuk Indonesia, BRI, Pegadaian, PNM, PP, Waskita Karya, dan Wijaya Karya.
Penandatanganan dilakukan secara digital, dan sudah sah secara hukum karena difasilitasi oleh penyedia yang telah memiliki lisensi.
“Mungkin ini salah satu hikmah lain dari pandemi Covid-19 saat ini, dimana akhirnya masyarakat akan ‘dipaksa’ untuk mulai terbiasa menggunakan teknologi dalam berbagai aktivitasnya, termasuk digital signing dalam sebuah kesepakatan atau perjanjian. Rasanya ke depan hal ini akan menjadi new normal karena lebih efisien tanpa mengurangi aspek legal. Dan hal ini juga menjadi salah satu
bukti bahwa di tengah pandemi ini, BUMN terus berupaya untuk tetap produktif,” kata
Erick.
“Situasi Covid-19 ini membawa dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap sektor UMKM, berbeda kondisinya pada tahun 1998 dimana UMKM justru dapat bertahan. Oleh karenanya demi membantu sektor UMKM, kepada BUMN agar belanja sampai dengan Rp 14 miliar diprioritaskan pada sektor
UMKM. Dan saya yakin dengan adanya platform PaDi UMKM ini dapat memperluas channel UMKM serta membantu mempersiapkan UMKM dalam memasuki new normal melalui transaksi yang akan banyak dilakukan secara digital”, ujar Erick
