Depok – Dadar Gulung, salah satu makanan Indonesia yang sangat digemari dan mudah ditemukan. Makanan ini cocok untuk dinikmati ketika santai sambil minum teh, kopi atau minuman lainnya.

Warnanya yang khas hijau dan berisi kelapa dengan rasa manis, dapat menggugah selera dan aman di lambung. Cara membuatnya pun cukup mudah.

Berikut bahan-bahannya:

  • Terigu 1 kg

  • Telur ayam 1 butir

  • Garam 1/4 sendok teh/secukupnya

  • Pasta hijau Pandan secukupnya

Untuk isi Dadar Gulung:

  • Kelapa sedang 1 butir

  • Gula Merah 1/4 kg

  • Gula Pasir 1/2 sendok teh/secukupnya

Cara membuatnya:

Terigu ditambahkan air secukupnya lalu diaduk sampai rata dan halus (tidak kasar). Setelah halus masukan pasta dan telur, aduk hingga rata dan menyatu. Ambil adonan sebanyak 2 centong sayur ukuran normal, lalu cetak di wajan yang rata (teflon atau sejenisnya) yang di panaskan terlebih dahulu. Ratakan dan angkat setelah matang. Lalu di-isi dan di gulung.

Cara membuat isinya:

Kelapa diparut kasar, campurkan gula merah, gula pasir dan air secukupnya. Masak hingga aga kering.

Isi dadar gulung juga bisa bervariasi. Diantaranya, coklat, keju dan strawberry.
