Parepare – Polres Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan berhasil tangkap tersangka mucikari belia perdagangan anak di bawah umur di SPBU kabupaten Sidrap
Satuan Unit Crime Hunter dan Unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak Satuan Reskrim Polres Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan menangkap seorang perempuan yang mempekerjakan anak dibawah umur sebagai pekerja seks komersil.
Adalah SD (19), tersangka yang ditangkap di salah satu SPBU kabupaten Sidrap. SD diduga berperan sebagai mucikari. SD menjerat korbannya R (13) dengan janji memberikan pekerjaan. Ternyata R malah dijual ke lelaki hidung belang sebanyak 4 kali. R dijanjikan dapat bayaran Rp. 500 ribu sekali melayani.
Keluarga korban yang mengetahuinya, tidak terima anaknya diperjual-belikan. Lalu melapor ke polisi. Dan SD berhasil diringkus.
Kepala Urusan Pembinaan Iptu Hasan Duna Reserse Kriminal Polres Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan membenarkan penangkapan tersangka SD di pom bensin.
“Tersangka dalam proses pemeriksaan. Diduga masih ada korban lainnya,” kata Hasan.
Tersangka SD yang masih belia dijerat undang undang no 21 tahun 2007 tentang tindak pidana perdagangan orang dan undang undang no 35 tahun tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak. SD terancam hukuman maksimal 15 tahun penjara.
