Batam – AJ dan Inisial R menjadi korban Perdagangan Orang yang dilakukan oleh 3 tersangka SD, HA alias A dan MHY alias D.
Kepala Bidang Humas Polda Kepri Kombes Pol Harry Goldenhardt S. mengatakan, pengungkapan berawal ditemukannya 2 orang wni yang terapung.
“Kasus ini Berawal pada Minggu (7/6/2020), disekitaran perairan kabupaten Karimun terdapat 2 orang WNI yang sedang terapung dilaut, kemudian ditolong oleh seorang nelayan yang sedang menjaring ikan bernama Azhar. Lalu korban dibawa ke darat dan diselamatkan. Dari hasil interogasi awal didapati keterangan bahwa korban telah melompat dari kapal Yu-Qing Yuan Yu 901 dan pada saat diketemukan kondisi kedua WNI tersebut dalam keadaan lemah karena telah terapung-apung selama tujuh jam,” kata Harry.
“Selanjutnya Ditreskrimum Polda Kepri melakukan Penyelidikan dan didapati informasi bahwa ada beberapa orang tersangka yang berada di Jakarta dan Jawa Barat. Selanjutnya Tim Ditreskrimum Polda Kepri melakukan pengejaran dengan berkordinasi dengan tim Resmob Dittipidum Bareskrim Polri serta Subdit III Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya,” tambah Harry.
Kamis (11/6/2020) pukul 00.30 wib tersangka SD ditangkap di rumahnya di Cileungsi, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Dalam pengembangan Jum’at (12/6/2020) tersangka HA berhasil ditangkap di Jakarta Utara. Berikutnya Sabtu (13/6/2020) tersangka lMHY alias D ditangkap di Jl. Pejuang, Bekasi Barat. Dari hasil interogasi bahwa ada peran dari tersangka lainnya dalam pembuatan Dokumen berupa sertifikat Basic Safety Training (BST) bagi ABK Kapal. Peran tersebut dilakukan oleh 4 tersangka yang saat ini ditahan di Polres Jakarta Utara karena Kasus pemalsuan dokumen BST. Dengan tersangka DT, RAS, SY dan ST,
“Modus Operandi yang dilakukan oleh 3 tersangka SD, HA alias A dan MHY alias D dengan cara melakukan perekrutan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) untuk dipekerjakan di Korea Selatan sebagai buruh pabrik dengan iming-iming mendapatkan gaji sebesar Rp. 25.000.000 – Rp.50.000.000 perbulan. Dengan persyaratan membayar pengurusan Rp.. 50.000.000,- per/orang. Namun pada kenyataannya para korban dipekerjakan sebagai ABK di kapal penangkap ikan/cumi Yu-Qing Yuan Yu 901 yang berbendera China tanpa mendapatkan gaji selama kurang lebih 4 sampai dengan 7 bulan. Disamping itu korban selama bekerja mendapatkan Perlakukan keras dan pemaksaan dari kru kapal,” ujarnya.
“Dari hasil penelusuran dan penyelidikan yang dilakukan bahwa yang melakukan pengurusan dan Pemberangkatan korban untuk bekerja Sebagai abk kapal dilakukan oleh sebuah perusahaan atas nama PT. Mandiri Tunggal Bahari sebagai perekrut Pekerja Migran Indonesia / Anak Buah Kapal yang tidak memiliki ijin. Dimana pada tanggal 18 mei 2020, direktur dan Komisaris PT tersebut telah resmi ditahan oleh ditreskrimum polda jawa tengah pada Kasus perekrutan dan penempatan pekerja migran indonesia tanpa ijin/ ilegal,” jelasnya
Barang bukti yang diamankan dari para tersangka yaitu: beberapa lembar buku tabungan, kartu ATM, sertifikat Basic Safety Training (BST) Palsu dan 4 unit Handphone berbagai merk.
