Maluku – Ratusan warga menghadang ambulance tim gugus tugas Covid-19 provinsi Maluku yang membawa jenazah positif Covid-19, Jum’at (26/6/2020).
Penghadangan terjadi di Jl. Jenderal Sudirman desa Batu Merah, kecamatan Sirimau, kota Ambon, Maluku.
Jenazah adalah Hasan Keiya (58 thn), mantan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dirujuk dari RSUD Masohi Maluku Tengah ke RSUD Haulussy kota Ambon karena menderita sakit tumor.
Selama pengobatan, dokter melakukan swab test, hasilnya Hasan Keiya positif terinfeksi virus corona. Hasan Keiya meninggal pukul 15.00 WIT dan diproses sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan.
Namun pihak keluarga tidak terima dan melakukan penghadangan ambulance yang membawa jenazah menuju pemakaman khusus corona di desa Hunut, kecamatan Teluk Ambo, Maluku.
Ketua tim gugus tugas Covid-19 pemprov Maluku Kasrul Selang mengatakan, pasien nomor 577 itu terkonfirmasi positif virus corona.
“Kita sudah lakukan pendekatan dengan keluarga. Keluarga maunya dimakamkan di tempat keluarga tunjuk, maunya di Warasia. Ini ada pejabat dari desa Batu Merah juga, tetap kita lakukan secara Protap. Cuma sangat disayangkan jenazah sudah di buka. Masyarakat memang belum sadar,” kata Kasrul.
Kasrul mencurigai ada pihak yang sengaja memprovokasi. Dan pihaknya menyerahkan kasusnya ke polisi.
