8. Susu cair 300 Ml
9. Telur Ayam 3 butir dikocok lepas
10. Garam 1 Sendok Teh
11. Merica bubuk 1/2 12. Sendok Teh
13. Pala Bubuk 1/4 Sendok Teh
14. Keju lembaran 75 Gram (dipotong kecil)

Gbr.1 Bahan-bahan yang sudah dipotong-potong

Cara Membuat

Rebus makaroni hingga matang dan sisihkan.
Tumis atau goreng (dengan sedikit minyak) bawang bombai dan bawang putih hingga layu. Masukkan ayam cincang sambil diaduk hingga berubah warna. Tambahkan Jamur, Wortel, Buncis dan Seledri. Setelah matang dan rata, angkat lalu diamkan.

Setelah tidak panas tuangkan Susu, Telur, Garam, Merica dan Pala, aduk sampai rata. Tambahkan Keju dan Makaroni rebus, aduk kembali. Tuang ke dalam pinggan tahan panas yang diolesi margarin. Masukan ke dalam oven selama 40 menit.

2. Terigu 4 Sendok Makan
3. Susu Cair 400 Ml
4. Keju lembaran 75 Gram (potong kecil-kecil) 
5. Keju batangan 25 Gram (diparut untuk taburan)
6. Garam 1/4 Sendok Teh
7. Merica 1/4 Sendok Teh
8. Pala Bubuk 1/8 Sendok Teh

Lelehkan margarin lalu masukkan terigu sambil diaduk hingga menggumpal. Tuang susu dan keju sambil diaduk. Bumbui garam, merica, dan pala. Aduk rata. Setelah mendidih, angkat lalu diamkan.

Lalu tuang saus keju ke atas makaroni yg sudah dipanggang, taburkan keju parut. Masukan ke dalam oven lagi dan tunggu sampai matang.
