Jakarta – Juara dunia MotoGp Marc Marques harus menjalani perawatan intensif di rumah sakit Barcelona, Spain
setelah mengalami kecelakaaan hebat pada balapan seri pembuka di Sirkuit Jerez, Spanyol, Minggu (19/7/2020). Tangan kanan pebalap nomor 93 patah dan kemungkinan tidak bisa mengikuti 2 balapan di seri berikutnya.
Marquez mengalami kecelakaan hebat di tikungan 3 Sirkuit Jerez saat balapan perdana di MotoGP Spanyol. Marquez kehilangan kesimbangan ban belakang di 4 lap terakhir.
Saat mengalami kecelakaan langsung dibawa ke ruang medis Sirkuit Jerez, untuk mendapatkan obat mengurangi rasa sakit di lengan bagian atas
“Bagian atas Marquez terbentur keras, sekarang tim medis memeriksa dan melakukan X-Ray. Dia harus mendapatkan pain killer untuk mengurangi rasa sakit,” kata Manajer tim Repsol Honda Alberto Puig.
Kini Marquez dirawat di Rs. Universitario Dexeus, Barcelona, Spain untuk perawatan lebih lanjut.
